This, as some of you know, is Kawada Tsetsuna, one of the villans of NHP, and heir to the crown of the fire country. Decided to redesign him. And this will be his final look for the comic!  He has some more clothes above this but...decided to show how he looks ready for battle.Tsetsuna is Tsume's older brother, and as far as we know, he does not speak a thing. He remains, as Ekito says, "Unmatched" and is the owner of two of the more dangerous weapons in all the world. He watches over his little sister a lot, and has a great sense of honor.
